Auchernack Rainwater Harvesting System

Rainwater from every roof at Auchernack is channelled into a collection of donated traditional whisky barrels. A pump lifts it to the original loft water tanks where it passes through a UV purification filter before being used to flush the building's toilets and feed the extensive gardens — dramatically reducing mains water consumption on site.
